Journey readings:
November 25 – November 30, 2013

by Living Springs Community Church on November 22, 2013

“The Journey” is Living Springs’ commitment to read at least a chapter of the Bible every day. We all follow the same reading schedule so that we can encourage each other along the way. And our pastors post occasional blogs about the readings to instruct and inspire us.

Want to join the Journey? This week’s daily readings are listed below, along with some questions to guide your reading. Sign up for the Journey blog, and you’ll receive the weekly reading schedule in your email inbox!

 Psalm 31

What words did Jesus say just before he died?  What did the psalmist say was in God’s hands?  What two exhortations end this psalm?

 Psalm 32

Who is blessed?  What is the result when one does not confess his sins?  How did the psalmist deal with his sins?  How would God guide him?

 Psalm 33

The word of the Lord is what?  How were the heavens made?  What counsel will stand?  What nation is blessed?  Upon whom is the eye of the Lord?

 Psalm 34

When should we bless the Lord?  Who encamps about those who fear the Lord?  What should we taste?  What should we keep our tongue from?  To whom is the Lord near?

 Psalm 35

What did the psalmist wish for those who fought against him?  How did he want to be judged?

 Psalm 36

How great are God’s mercy, faithfulness, righteousness, and judgments?  With whom is the fountain of life?
