This week’s daily readings are listed below, along with some questions to guide your reading.
What phrase is repeated several times at the first and last of this psalm? What should we not forget? What does God forgive and heal? What did God make known to Moses in comparison to Israel? In what is the Lord slow? How far has God removed our transgressions? What does the Lord know and remember? To what are man’s days compared?
On what does the Lord walk? What does He make his angels and his ministers? What did God lay? What fled at God’s rebuke? How long did the palmist plan to sing?
What was the everlasting covenant that the Lord made with Israel? Who did the Lord send before Israel into Egypt? What indicates the health of the Israelites when wandering in the wilderness?
Why did God save the Israelites? After giving them their request what did God send them? What did Israel forget? How did Moses speak at the waters of strife when his spirit was provoked? Why did God bring Israel low?
What should the redeemed of the Lord do? When did they cry out to the Lord? For what should men praise the Lord? By what means were they healed and delivered?
Where did the psalmist plan to sing? Why do we need God’s help?
“The Journey” is Living Springs’ commitment to read at least a chapter of the Bible every day. We follow the same reading schedule so that we can encourage each other along the way. And our pastors post occasional blogs about the readings to instruct and inspire us.
